Welcome to our Therapy and Cardiac Rehabilitation Services. Our programs consist of licensed physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapists, specially trained professional staff in cardiac and IV therapy. They work closely with each resident to develop an individual treatment plan. The team's awareness and personal interest in each resident is an integral part of the care plan.
Our therapy services provide treatments for those who have experienced a decrease in independence or function from joint replacements, fractures, orthopedic surgical procedures, stroke, post-cardiac rehab, respiratory disorders and debility.
Through the use of specific exercises and activities, special equipment
and individualized treatment approach, our therapists and staff work to
strengthen muscles, restore movement and function to increase independence
and gait training. Our rehabilitation team, in a bright and cheerful surrounding,
is here to assist each resident in reaching the highest level of independence
possible.
"New Beginnings" is our transitional therapy program that prepares and evaluates the person for a successful return to home. Our "New Beginning Therapy Programs" provide our residents with a complete array of therapy services to improve the overall health, wellness and fitness levels to return home and/or retain a higher quality of life.
