Pleasant Life Style                            

• Denominational and Nondenominational services are held on a regular basis in the facility. Special services are held on designated holidays. Religious programs are provided by the area churches and ministries. If a resident has a special need or desires counseling, the Social Services Department will be glad to make arrangements or help in any way that they can.

• Transportation with our facility shuttle is provided for activity programs, scheduled trips for shopping, and special outings. DATA transportation services are also available at the facility.

Mail and Postal Service

• There is an outgoing mailbox located in the reception area at the front of the building. Mail is sorted and delivered to each resident. All mail is confidentially handled.

Housekeeping & Maintenance Services

• Housekeeping and maintenance services are conducted on a daily basis. Housekeepers try to schedule the cleaning of your room at the same time each day, or when it's convenient to the resident.

Laundry

• Laundering of personal items is is done daily and is included in the daily rate.

Personal Items

• Residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms with items from their own home. Our maintenance staff will be happy to assist you with your ideas.

Pets

• Pets on leashes are allowed in the building during visiting hours.

Telephone

• You may have a private telephone installed in your room if you desire. A cordless courtesy phone is available at the nursing station, and a pay phone is also available at all times.

Television

• Each resident may bring their own television to the facility. Basic cable service is available in each room and is included in the daily room and board rate.

Visitors

• Visiting hours are prefferred between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. For the benefit of other residents, other visiting times can be arranged, 24 hours a day.
